Hi
We we upgraded our sons mobile in store, that assistant advised the systems were down and therefore the NHS EE Perk could not be applied. We were advised to obtain the code then call 150. This just sends me in circles.
We now have the code, how do I apply this to the account.

@DaveI65 : Discount codes may be applied by calling CS within 30 days of purchase if it wasn't at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading. They cannot be applied mid-term.
