Been on hold 42 minutes for a general bill enquiries 48 minutes in total. Absolutely a disgrace

I'm sorry to hear it's taking longer than usual to connect with a member of the team.

We're experiencing an exceptionally high volume of calls this weekend.

Yes I was told new iPhone launch However EE should have made allowances for
this with general public Unacceptable 48 minutes to resolve a simple
problem. Also staff members I spoke to were very stressed.
