Hi
I'm due an upgrade on my S20.
I'm having issues upgrading as it states I have an S8 which isn't true.
My previous contract was on the S8 but I currently have the S20
Could someone resolve this please.

@PatiP What has having or not having a s8 or s20 got to do with this ? It’s an upgrade so the old device is yours.

I currently have an S20. When I try and upgrade it says I currently have an S8.

That has nothing to do with your device. It's about your existing tariff/contract when you upgrade not the device. You're upgrading very early and therefore there will be a fee to exist your contract early.

@PatiP Depending on what tariff he had for that device will depend on what he had to pay to upgrade early. He also had to have a more expensive tariff than he’s old one because it was an early upgrade.
