Hi all
I've swapped contracts and traded in my phone. All was good, but now EE won't stop sending me trade in packages through the mail and saying I'm about to miss the deadline to trade my old phone in.
I have had confirmation that they've received the phone but they just won't stop hounding me. Anyone else had this issue?

Welcome to the community.
That's really unusual. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can find out why this is happening and try and put a stop to it.
