New sim only deal

Just took out a £25.00 a month sim only deal online and my contract says its £28.58 every month!

How does this work then EE?

Your contract is plus VAT which is a legal requirement.

If you are still unhappy then speak to EE CS on 150.

No, the advertised price has to be VAT-inclusive by law for consumer contracts. Anyway VAT on £25 is £5.
