Disgusting customer service. I chose to uograde with EE and what a massive mistake i have made. I cancelled after 2 days which i assumed was. Then they would not send a returns package after weeks of phone calls. Eventually, i got them to email me the returns labels which i then sent myself. Ive been charged costs and they refuse to refund. Ive had 2 customer service agents hang up on me, i have been placed onto another price plan rather then reverting to my original plan which i did not agree to and no1 to help me.

I would put a complaint in to ofcom they will investigate it for you. or email complaints department direct, give the names of the people who put the phone down on you and who was rude.

Have you been able to sort out the return?

Did you let our customer care team know that the price plan is wrong?

@John378   Ofcom will not help as it’s a signal case.  They don’t deal with signal cases.   They are a regular not a complaints department for customer issues.    Best way to go about this is to read THIS a follow the complaints procedure.
