I would like to cancel my account as I no longer use ee but am still getting charged. I am only able to communicate via email and am unable to go to a store.

If you can speak to our Mobile Care team on 150, they'll be able to take your notice from you and set it to cancel in 30 days time.

Are you looking to cancel your plan and number, or are you looking to keep your number on pay as you go/with another provider?
