I do not pay by direct debit. I left EE by porting my PAC to another provider. I do  have an outstanding amount to pay but My EE app showed 0 Pounds due. I waited for the letter stating my final bill or an email but did not receive it within a month. After a month exactly, I did receive a letter asking me to settle my bill but did not state the amount, it gave me details on how to pay and a threat to contact credit agencies if I fail to do so. That's not what I expected from a final bill letter. I am now calling +44 800 079 8586 with options 1 4 1 1
