My regular monthly bill is £200. This month, it went up to £244.00. Given that the January CPI rate was 4% plus, EE add on an additional 3.9%, calculating the two together and my bill should be £216.00. Where they get the extra £28 from is a mystery.
The only additional charge on my account are for three picture messages which came about after sending photos of our grandchilds' christening.

@MugPunter Have you looked at your bill breakdown?
Just to point out is Decembers CPI rate that’s published in mid January not January CPI rate.

Yes. And even at 4%, it still doesn't account for the discrepancy.

Thank you. I'm in contact with a member of EE staff via the Facebook facility. I believe that the person concerned is currently investigating the matter.
