Hello team

I would Ike to know why do I pay 81 £every month when my contract is 71 and how do I get any refunds if possible?

We would have no idea, this is not customer service, do not know who you are and have no access to accounts.

Have you checked your bill and had a look at the breakdown of it? You would otherwise have to discuss this with customer service.

Do you have any add-ons etc?

I dont have any add ons as far as I know it is that before I paid 71 and since couple months ago I pay 81 I still can't figure out why? Are there any other customers dealing with this issue?

All your charges will be itemised on your bill, together with the details of them.

If, having checked your bill breakdown you still have a query, then you should contact EE CS on 150. They have access to your individual specific account, and can view the bill for you.
