No Frills Plans Disappeared

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, please move if necessary.

The other week, I was looking at phones as I'm looking to move networks. I found one I liked on the EE website and saw the No Frills plan for it, which I was going to get after I was dealing with a situation I was confused about during the purchasing.

However, when I went back a couple of days later, the plan had disappeared and for some reason not returned. I asked on the Twitter/X account and was told it was still showing for them. I have checked other phones on the site and it's no longer on any of them.

Can anyone explain why it's not there for me anymore?

For reference, I was attempting to get the 5GB No Frills Plan with an Oppo Reno 10.

@sophiefigueira   All the online plans at the moment are flex pay tariffs.  These contracts are where you pay for the device and air time as 2 separate bills.  You was probably looking at a tariff where the device and airtime are bill as one.   These are not shown online at present but you can still get these but you’ll need to speak with customer services about these.
