Hey, my contract is coming to an end so i have some great offers for upgrading and id hate to lose them but im moving to the usa within the next 6 months.
If i start a fresh contract on ee can i still use it in the usa(with the roaming pass) for the full length or will i get hit after 2-6 months with a full contract charge for breaching some small fine print somewhere in the contract terms?

EE is a UK operator and roaming facilities are intended for short trips abroad not long term residents.
The "Stable Links Policy" in the roaming T&C covers this, but the broad rule is that you should be in the UK for 2 months in every 4 - else you may be contacted to discuss your circumstances.
