  • I had a second sim added too my account but now I have a bar on my sim to pay for things through my contract as it says they can’t confirm I am the main account how to I fix this

Welcome to the community. 

Are you aware if the bar is a Spend Cap?

If yes, and you are the account holder you can remove this within your EE account online.
