I have had 7 charges of £27.99 made to my mobile phone account to the Microsoft App Store. I have contacted Microsoft and they have no record of any charges made to my Microsoft account. We have not made these purchases. Could anyone help with the next steps please? Thank you.

@Gondle44 You’ll have to call customer services about this they have access to your account. I would also change your password if you have one for Microsoft and your EE account.

Thank you Chris - they have said they cannot help me with the charges as they have been made through a third party. I will change my passwords thank you.
