Hi can you still do live chat on EE

I have two contracts and it isn't visible. I've just checked and I have the latest Android app version.
I've just upgraded one of the contracts and Friend & family has been cancelled even if the order clerly specify it applies to the new contract.

So I wanted to contact them as usual via chat but it is gone. i'll give them a call.

And I've done it via.... chat.

Just that there no chat icon in the app but after calling 150 they send you automatically a chat link that works just once.

So all done.
