How to return

I’ve added an meta quest 3 on my account but unfortunately I cannot use it as it make me dizzy. I don’t know how to return it and cancel the agrement.

If you ordered online or by phone, you have 14 days to request the return of the product and cancel. You will receive a return label and package to return it. Here is a link on what to do to return product:

What if the controllers are faulty and won't connect to the headset? The EE customer service advisor I spoke to said I have to deal with the manufacturer even though its been less than a month since purchase.

Your purchase includes a one year manufacturer warranty so they'll be able to arrange a replacement for you if they aren't able to help you get the controllers paired with the headset.
