I’ve added an meta quest 3 on my account but unfortunately I cannot use it as it make me dizzy. I don’t know how to return it and cancel the agrement.

What if the controllers are faulty and won't connect to the headset? The EE customer service advisor I spoke to said I have to deal with the manufacturer even though its been less than a month since purchase.

Your purchase includes a one year manufacturer warranty so they'll be able to arrange a replacement for you if they aren't able to help you get the controllers paired with the headset.
