Extra charge

I had an extra charge on my account this month and the charge was exorbitant and I would like to block these numbers in future

 

it was an 0845 number and I thought I was speaking to Pearson customer service

I should not have to pay so much for 0845

@Click    As that’s a premium  rate number you’ll be charged an access charge by EE and then a charge by the organisation that you’re  calling.    Unfortunately you’ll pay what ever that fee is to call that number just like everybody else.

Stop looking up CS phone nos. on Google where you'll end up with 0845 nos. & instead look them up on the site of the organisation itself.
