Change your plan option not applying

I'm on a SIM only 125Gb data plan and wish to upgrade to unlimited data. On my data & usage page, i can see the option to 'change my plan' which presents the upgrade to unlimited. I click on 'choose and compare',  then opt to choose this plan and nothing happens - I get redirected back to the page showing my current plan. It hasn't upgraded to the new plan and if you repeat the steps again, same thing occurs. It appears this feature is broken. Ive also tried this on multiple devices and different browers - its not a caching issue.

My contract runs until November 2024 but in the FAQ section it does state you can upgrade plans at any time.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey there yeah I know a few who have this same experience. Best option if that’s happening would be to ring CS on 150 and do the upgrade plan on phone. Thanks
