Change the Data allowance to include call allowance

Hi,

I would like to ask if I can lower the data allowance and then include the call allowance in the contract with the same monthly contract price. I just started my 24-month contract last October.

Thank you.

Many years ago, most call allowances were for a finite quantity of minutes, unlimited calls & texts is now pretty standard.

What do you mean by "include the call allowance in the contract"?

Our contract has only 125 data allowance, 100 UK text only.  Can we change that it will included in the contract with less data allowance? thank you.

No, is the short answer. You committed to a 24month minimum term at that price point.

Doesn't sound like a contract plan to me!

@jm0511 if your on a  24 month data sim only contract only customer services can change the plan type but it would have to be the same price or more per month let us know how you get on 🙂

Yes. Plus 100 UK text and the monthly payment is £25. Can I change it by
lowering the data allowance and insert some call allowance with the same
monthly of £25? Thank you

One more thing, I can't receive call and call the 150 hotline. Is there
