I have asked for change price plan for sim data only during 14 days cooling-off period. I was told change will occur in next month. But my sim stop working today and and on my ee a don't have any plan . I call ee and they said current contract has been cancelled and new start 07.01.2024 ?

I spoke to ee CS and I was told when changing will occur but didn't current price plan will be cancelled. Call them again today and they said I need wait till new plan start with same sim card and number 07.01.24

Contacting EE CS, who have access to your specific individual account, is the best way to resolve this.
Did you query with them when they advised you of this cancellation?
