Cancellation of Contract Yet Direct Debit was Passed to Account

Good day.please I cancelled my contract with 14 days of obtaining the sim and the direct debit was still passed. I need to confirm the contract is fully cancelled and no payment passed to my bank account. Thank you

@Olateju   You might of cancelled the contract that doesn’t stop an automatic process of billing that would of already begun.     You’ll need to call customer services to make sure your contract was cancelled and you can also ask about any monies owed back to you.

It could take 7 - 14 days for the cancellation to take effect & any monies refunded to your original payment method.
