Hi EE,
I have advised in November 2023 that I am cancelling my SIM only subcription / contract that is due to end 20 December 2023. Can someone from EE confirm for me that my subscription is already cancelled. As I have already cancelled my direct debit. I would no longer need EE service as I have migrated back since November 2023 to live for good in the Philippines.

There is no account access on this public forum, how did you advise of your cancellation in November 2023?

@ESBingayen : Not a good idea to cancel your DD. As contracts are paid a month in advance you may be due a refund which EE will credit to your DD.
