Can I sign a new contract and keep my number?

Hi, my contract has ended and I am ok to upgrade. Instead of upgrading, Can I simply sign a new contract with EE and keep my number? It looks like new contract has better offer than upgrading at this time.

By definition, an upgrade retains your number while a new connection comes with a new number.

CS may be able to offer you something account-specific, otherwise the only way to get new-customer pricing is to be a new-customer.
