Anyone know why I've been getting charged twice for my bill please. 

I paid one on the 6th of march and on the 12th its saying again and saying I've not paid it.

Hi @Zowiiee 

Welcome to the community.

If you log into your EE Online account, it will let you know the date your new bills are produced, and which ones are due for payment.

have had the same problem paid on the 10th march then again on the 28th  now phone has been cut off again  but says on the app I have been paid
