Hey! I recently got a new phone via EE and the bill is due on the 19th. yesterday, i had my card stolen so i shut down the account permanently and waiting for my new one to arrive. the card that i used for this contract was my old card. and im still waiting for my new card to arrive. i cant change the payment date because i just had my phone. what do you do?

I'm sorry to hear your card was stolen.
Do you pay your bill by direct debit?
If you do, will your new card be linked to the same sort code and account number?
