Hi, I received a pay monthly sim a couple of weeks ago. My monthly total should be £27 per month. This month I am being charged £76, and when I try and link my EE phone number to my EE account, a random account number appears. I have no clue as to what the charge is for. I’ve had the SIM card for a couple of weeks!
