Hi I was just wondering if I do the upgrade anytime does it have to been the phone I took out that I send back as I no longer have it due to it breaking

Thanks for coming here.
You would need to return the original device and it would need to be in full working condition with no missing, damaged, or cracked parts (e.g. a stylus for touch screen phones should be included if the phone was originally supplied with one).

@Stephen95 You’ll be required to pay a fee in order to upgrade anytime without sending the device back. And depending on what device it is and how long you’ve had the contract for it could be expensive. Plus the fact you have to have the same or more costly tariff then you have now you can not have a cheaper tariff.
