I have redeemed airtime rewards for by EE bill but it’s not reflected in the bill. 
I have a message as below:

The Airtime Rewards site does advise the below for redeeming your rewards.

If you're on an EE business account, please drop us an email at support@airtimerewards.com as we cannot credit these accounts at this time. If you have a personal EE account, you may have premium services turned off on your account. If you could kindly contact EE and ask them to enable premium services, this will fix the issue.

 

Please let me know what to do here?

@12vedams   Was you billed before you added this to your account?   If you was you need to add this to your EE account before you are billed, it can not be added once you are billed because when you receive the bill that automatically starts the process of your payment.

I have redeemed in the past and this time I have added well before the billing date and even then it is not reflected in my bill.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into your account and make sure everything is set up correctly on our end.
