I asked New EE to remove my 700 min phone add which they are no longer doing so ask to change to Unlimited discussing this with them, and they could do it even if the system didn't let them would but thought manually now they saying they can't do that 7 months being the wrong package. also, I asked them to remove smart WIFI plus as they don't work to what they say on tin they don't mesh thought they are meant to be better than BT halo 3 one and they are not
