@Daipop At present it’s only available to customers migrating over from BT/Plusnet or new customers. It’s not available to existing EE customers on legacy contracts. It will be it’s just not yet available. My contract ran out last month so you’re not the only one waiting on this.

Why take an order to transfer from BT to EE if you can’t honour the contract??
