Can i ask how do i go about getting the wi-fi disc for my smart hub (its the white one).
i have been given a BT wi-fi disc ( the black one) .
Was told that it’s compatible with my smart hub. It shows as connected on the hub management thingy but it’s not paring and i get a red light on the disc ( not on my smart hub).
