Unable to access "Set up WiFi Controls" on my new Smart Hub

Hi i'm Unable to access "Set up WiFi Controls" on my new Smart Hub.

The App simply states "We can't load this information" "Not your fault it's ours. Try again later...."

It's been over a month now and the same error message is showing.

Has anyone else had this issue, and did you manage to resolve.
