Router is fliashing light blue

Hi all. First time posting and i need you help please.

Today at 2:00pm my router started flashing light blue. I restarted the router, i did a factory reset but nothing. The thing is that the account is in my gerlfriend's name and phone and she sent the help txt message to 66033 but it was saying that everything is fine and if you still have a problem send GUIDE to call you. She is going on holidays now and she is on a plane right now so she can't speak. I tried calling this number 0330 123 1105 and it is asking for the phone number which doesn't exists as i have broadband without a landline. What can i do? I m working from home and i don't have internet for the past 3 hours.

Welcome to the community.

Have you checked to make sure none of the wires have disconnected? Which router do you have?
