just add my EE broadband fitted yesterday 23/11/23 but cannot get wifi on my mobile phone as cannot use internet on phone.

thanks for getting back to me but still having problem connecting phone and other devices to wifi i have been trying since yesterday when it was installed 😥 all i what is to get this sorted out and one happy new customer.

What happens when you try and connect to the WiFi does this show on your phone and other devices as connected?

Are you seeing the router's network name in the list of WiFi networks on your devices & are your supplying the router's WiFi pwd to it?

Hi i am trying to log into my wifi network wifi but the password is not working as i am trying to set up and new device with wifi but cannot discover the wifi.of the other device.

@Michael4658 : Login to your EE SH+ at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router. Then on the Advanced >  Advanced WiFi page you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.
