I am also in the situation where I have returned equipment and keep getting an email saying if I don’t return equipment I will be charged. I returned it using Royal Mail. I have proof of postage and tracking number with proof that the equipment was delivered and signed for. I am therefore at a loss; why am I receiving email reminders? Thank you

It can take a few weeks to fully track back to your account now that we've received it. It should be marked off automatically for you but if it doesn't, and you keep getting reminders, let me know and I'll send you a private message. Keep that tracking number safe in case we need it.
