Problem with the router

I've been without internet for a week and no one from EE can solve it. My router has a blue water light flashing and my internet doesn't work. Can someone help me?

@GustavoOliveira   what have the Broadband Care Team said the problem is?

What service do you have - is it via your phone line or fibre?

Is the phone line working, or if you are on fibre what lights are on the ONT?

Have you just moved to EE or has the service ever worked?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
