Phone call

Someone was due to phone my husband at 3pm today regarding tv package and business phone package. Unfortunately the business consultant failed to call. 
Not very impressed as we altered plans so we could take this call. 
Take it our business is not required

Told we would get a call from EE on Friday, nobody called. So I phoned Saturday to be told we would get a call today which we did. Apparently this person doesn’t deal with tv package or business lines so suggested we went in to a store. 
The store is an hour away from us and when we visited last week they informed us they couldn’t  deal with this in store. I’ve been with EE for several years and they used to be very helpful but have certainly gone down hill since BT got involved. Come on EE get your act together. 
The person who called today could not have been less interested. Very disappointed

I'm really sorry to hear that. Are you trying to take out a new contract or are you looking for support with a product/plan that you already have?

hi I’m still waiting a call to discuss a tv package or are you not wanting this business 

I am a EE customer and have been for sometime but I am disappointed that I’m having this hassle. 
we went into store and they said they could not help 

if no one is prepared to call to discuss this we will go elsewhere 

 

@Kazza56  customer services take lots of phone calls just because you want to speak with them it doesn’t mean others don’t or have to wait until your done. 

Sorry I really don’t understand your reply.

If someone says they will call that is what I expect to happen.

We are all busy but to be waiting several weeks for a call is not acceptable

If I don’t receive a call this week we will take our custom elsewhere

Not an acceptable reason I’m afraid
