I’ve been a mobile customer for years and have recently switch to EE BB attracted by the Wi-Fi controls to limit access for kids, however, I am yet to be able to link my mobile and BB via the MY EE app. I’ve called CS numerous times but still not access to the broadband controls. Any idea how to link the accounts? Should I be entitled to compensation as I’m paying for something that I am not receiving?
