Fibre broadband install completion

Open reach have been today to install the fibre broadband into the house but could not complete the connection, can someone confirm when this will be carried out ?

Have you spoken to the broadband team since you posted on the community?

Spoken to EE and Openreach couldn’t find the connection in the pavement.

Old broadband is back up and running and Openreach have to the 11th to sort.

Hi @RobW14,

Thank you for updating the thread. I'm sorry the activation has been delayed. This would have gone back to the planners in Openreach, you should hopefully hear back from them soon regarding the activation date.

If there is no further update by the 11th, please post back and I'll take a look at this for you.
