Hi, I'm experiencing intermittent but persistent service drop outs, cables have been replaced by Open Reach, EE Bright Box has been replaced with EE Smart Router but problem persists. I use 4 x TP Link Deco M5 units to create a mesh network within the house as the router wifi is not strong enough to reach all areas , router wifi is on, (has been off but still drops out) but all devices are connected to my TP Link networks. Open Reach engineers have repeatedly checked their line and it always tests ok (BTW they always disconnect the router when doing their test ?) but they can see from their historic log that there are significant drop outs from time to time. EE customer service is always helpful but as yet unable to provide a solution. Latest is their CAT team will arrange a specialist engineer appointment.......
Anybody got any good ideas ?
