I've been trying to view bills without success. I found a page where I was asked to add a device so selected EE broadband. It then said it would send a code.

The number it was going to send to I haven't used in over 10 years! I can't fibd a way to view or change this number.

Thanks for any help.

Bills for what EE product?

I don't understand why you are trying to register a no. that you haven't used for > 10 yrs.

Bills for EE Broadband. I receive emails but can't access anything.

The number was pre-populated and I can't find a way to change it.

You should be able to Edit your Contact No. in your MyEE Profile.

Thanks. I have managed to add my current mobile no to my profile.

When adding a service it still sends a code to my old mobile no. Maybe it will take a while to filter through the system!

Why couldn't I have stayed with BT and carried on like previously.  An appalling way to treat a BT employee of 28 years!

There is also a Mobile phone number & Additional contact number in your MyEE for BB under MY ACCOUNT > Edit account

Changed it but still trying to send a code to an old mobile number.

Maybe I'll receive some contact from BT regarding the complaint I raised on 17th November. Just had one call so far!
