I recently renewed my broadband contract with EE but cannot get the new contract to link to the EE app.
I get so far then it tells me to contact EE.
When I contact EE I just get a robot that does not give me option to sort this problem out.
EE can you please give me the option to speak to a human being sort that I sort this problem out.

Doesn't the new contract just continue from the old, under the same a/c no.?
