wifi not working

hi, i'm currently working abroad and having trouble with my iphone. it will connect to my works wifi but then wont show me a wifi signal in the top corner on my devicce. any got any advice tried restarting, aeroplane mode etc,

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
