Trying to upgrade my watch however it need a verification pin to be sent to my watch however when I send it nothing comes through even though it is linked to my phone.
It does run on a different number and I wonder if this is the problem?

Yes, this would be sent to the billing number for the watch.
If you give us a call on 150 from the phone, the team will help you get the watch upgrade sorted 🙂
