Hi is anyone else having problems getting up the upgrade feature on the app or website? I have deleted the app reinstalled and it’s still the same

Can you access your upgrade options if you log into Superfast 5G & 4G Phones, Tablets and Fibre Broadband | EE and log in as an existing customer?

@Beech1180 Hi Beech for the last couple of months I’ve had problems with the app i can get into the app but when it comes to view my bill it tells me to phone 150 or the 0800 number what a joke there supposed to be network of the year but can’t sort a app problem out lol 🤣.
& if any of the support team read this please don’t tell me to uninstall the app & reinstall it it’s EE’s problem so EE should fix it .
EE BOAST about being network of the year so if EE can’t fix a lil app problem it just goes to show that customers don’t matter
