I have a new iPhone without a sim, as far as I know! I am trying get an e sim, I don't know the number of my iPhone does it have one? I have tried attaching to iTunes but just comes up with jo's phone. does the s sim have a number? how can I get an account of my device if I can't find it's number?

Have you ever been a customer of EE ?   You can not just become a customer if you don’t have a sim and you can not just activate an eSim to become a customer.    eSims are only for contract customers you can not use it with PAYG.

I want to be a customer to get a sim, but can't be a customer without a sim?

You will need to pass a credit check and commit to a minimum term.
