using an iphone 11, my wife has only 290mB of data available from 1.0gB which renewed on 7th of month. similarly, i use iphone 11 but have 940mB available for same renew date. She uses Facebook, Facetime, Instagram that I don't use. Is there anything I can do in settings to preserve her data use?? I have checked and altered some settings to match my phone but cannot compare Facebook, Facetime or Instagram because I don't use them. Is it easier to upgrade to a larger data contract?? We both have 1.0gB contracts which has never been an issue until last month, she ran out of data, similarly running out of data soon this month.
