Hi! Have sent off for package to trade in my old iPhone now I have had an upgrade. Do I need to send the original box and charger/AirPods or are they just expecting the device itself?
@Charley33 Just the device is required. I would also put something else around he device to protect it a bit more. I.e card to over the face and back of the device.
