Hi, I upgraded from iPhone XS to 14 pro, staying with EE but my SIM card now does not work. I may have accidentally transferred virtually (ie without sim inserted) as part of the swap over but then deleted the virtual account (I also have my work number as an e-sim) and tried to insert the actual card, but has not worked at all. Any ideas please?

It sounds like you need a new SIM. You can get one free from any EE store or order one here:
