I deleted an eSIM from my IPhone, I think it has also deleted my physical sim, I’m abroad out of the uk and have no service, can I recover this?

A physical SIM, by nature of being physical, can't be deleted in the same way an electronic one can.

An eSIM can indeed only be recovered when on EE's UK network. What's the issue with your other number on the physical SIM?

Thank you for you replying. I have my physical SIM card in my new iPhone which was working fine, I have travelled abroad and it’s not receiving any signal after I deleted an old eSIM. So going by what you’re saying my physical SIM card should still be ok? I have checked my data roaming etc just kinda stuck as I’m away for 4 weeks before I return to the uk. Any suggestions?

thanks

Hi @Franco87

Is your physical EE SIM on contract or pay as you go? Have you tried manually selecting a different available network?
